Our job begins with your idea. Often ideas and reality are not compatible. When working together, we attach great importance to knowing your wishes exactly. In most cases, this happens in online conversations but also on the phone.
Once the requirements have been clarified, you have the option of having us visit the properties you have suggested and describing them in a detailed report. If you don't have any specific properties in mind, we will make appropriate suggestions from which you can make a selection. In this case, too, we visit them and present you with a detailed, illustrated report about the property, the surroundings and the social environment.

Our services don't end there

If you decide on one of the solutions selected together, we will accompany you in all administrative matters, from dealing with authorities to possible furniture transport. Even later, when you have settled in, we will remain your contact for all areas.

The costs

The initial consultation over the phone or online is free.
For all further activities we will create a free, binding offer.

We can't offer a free service, but the cost is small compared to the cost of flying, renting a car or driving your own car. In addition, language barriers are eliminated, all of which are advantages for you.
